Tyres, weights and valves are removed from the wheels. we aim to remove all of the curb rashes but in some cases this isn’t possible wheels and tyres are inspected for any defects such as cracks in the rims or splits in the tyres if we spot an issue we will notify you asap of the problem so a solution can be sorted if a new tyre is needed we can supply at competitive rates than the wheels or parts to be coated can now go in to the chemical bath to safely strip the old coating of whether it be paint or powder once the parts are stripped we then pressure wash them off leave to dry before they move on to the media blasting stage in our blast cabinet we use aluminium oxide to remove the dirt and corrosion and to key the surface ready for paint or powder then moved on to the repair.
